Lets see
Its already year 2012
and the second week of Jan its ending pretty fast
and been having my holidays for about five weeks
results are coming out in one more week
there is an annual dinner coming next Sunday
Chinese new year is around the corner
means I will be heading to a trip with family
can't exactly tell how long is my holiday gonna be
but I guess will be around March

What have I been doing?
can't say interesting
going to gym quite often
to get my body keep progressing till reaches my expectation
if you think of the word incentive
Yea, you are getting it right which means hardcore too
Lets see, been joining the gym for about 9 months i guess
Initial body weight - 63kg
half year ago -68kg
1 month ago -70kg
current - 65kg
Question marks on your head?
Why am I losing weight when I am trying to bulk myself up?
well, initially i tried to really bulk up myself
but I consumed too much unhealthy yet oily food
resulting my tummy gone bigger
and that is a step further for getting my abs muscle done
so basically I am on a plan where burning my fats off
and try to get lean muscles as this program goes on.
Will be losing more weight i guess
somehow i will try to maintain at current's
been adapting to it for 5 weeks out of 13weeks
which means i halfway there
yet still motivated and focusing on my target
as this program is just too intense
I am drained each and every time after my workout
Slept pretty early since then
earliest 12am, latest by 1.30am
by the end of week 13th
hope things really works.

Had a barbecue dinner on Christmas eve
with my friends and sister's colleagues
I guess I need to apologize to my bros who came
nothing much to do inside my house
and too little of people came this year
had a small drinking session with my sister's colleagues
It is pretty hilarious and fun
although I don't really know them
but somehow I am able to get along
and oh yea
some of them praised me before even they are drunk
sarcasm?
who cares, those words made my day somehow
everything ended around 2-3am
din't get to drink as I never get to lose in the game
clean up and yeah
went to the gym on Christmas's morning

After that
went to my friend's place on New Year's Eve
that night was a mess
and din't know so many things happened until someone told me
oh well, hopefully things will be better between that two particular guy
for me
I was somehow drunk after 2 hours of drinking while playing the game
met old friends
get to know new friends
although I am sober
but after drinking the last cup of beer and mixed with those vodkas
and yea i puked
and photos are taken
remembered everything but couldn't remember my friend was taking photo of me holding the bucket
oh well, that's part of the memories where we can laugh at =P
basically puked everything out and slept for 3-4 hours
and drove back home.
for others, I guess once in a lifetime they will remember how its feels to be like drunk
and how awkward to recall back the puked every where yet saying "I did not vomit"
honestly, trying to recall what happen before I slept, just simply made me smile

and yea the one who was rubbing my back too =]

Been hanging out lately with uni's friends lately
and of my friend said I look like Justin Bieber
with the new spectacles and new hairstyle
this statement had been bothering me whole day long
and by the end they told me was just a joke
hell yeah its a joke
never wanted to look like him, honestly. =]
Then my gym mate a.k.a brotherly good friend
asked me out with few girls that I first met
thanks to him
who tend to introduce girls for me to know
get to know different faces
and yes its pretty awkward
when you are the only one who ain't close with them
guess what
*silent mode* =p
but by the end
i guess the hangout was not bad after all
all the jokes and laughter =]

and yeah, my friend is being hard sale
saying one of the girl's name again and again.

I guess you been starting your degree already, right?
in that case, wish you good luck and all the best with your new life
degree is not gonna be the same as your Alvls
so don't take things for granted
since you are paying quite an amount of fees for that
all the best for your new life with the new environment

Its been a while

I dint update here

So here I am

To clear your doubts

about how am I doing lately

I am back from Tunisia 3 weeks ago

How should I describe my experience?

Well

Here is some spaces for your imagination

Imagine you are standing on the sand

of the Great Sahara Desert

climbing up and down the sand hills

drawing on the finest sand you will ever felt

there is nothing there but a beautiful sunset

I wish to show you guys

but the photos are with my friend

so lets just wait till I get it from her, aite?

Standing in the middle of a Colosseum

which left by the Romans when they were the ruler of Tunisia

where these gladiators used to fight

among each others

or with the wild beast

my imaginations flood

wondering whether it happened to be like in the TV screen

the shouting

the crowds

the shed of bloods

which was their entertainment back then

in Roman's era

although this Colosseum wasn't the one

listed in the seven wonders

but is cool enough to take a look

and feel it

I had went for first camel ride

on a different desert

is something new to me

but not that exciting compare to my expectation

and due to the winter

and late on schedule

we just manage to get a short moment of time

to view at the sunset

this was not so nice as compare to the sunset of Sahara Desert

And I remember

that night I saw another Lunar Halo

and the Halo is bigger compare to the one I saw outside my house

but the moon wasn't the bright

I guess I am being lucky

I also went for my first Yacht ride

just to have a ocean view

and grab some nice photos

it was quite relaxing

just love the feeling

when you see no boundaries but only

the contrast of the sky and the sea

I get to try their food of course

their food most likely being influenced by Italy

where they like olive oil a lot

and they produce lots of olive oil

spaghetti, vegetables salad

and they like Couscous

is a type of grain food which the whole country loves to eat

it taste like potato rice and is nice when is served with spice

I tried their costume

the Nomad's travelling costume

or the Local traditional costume

tried playing with the local musical instruments

seen a salted lake with my own eyes

but is dry as it is winter there

I tried the fresh dates where they love to eat too

ain't like Malaysia's dates which coated with a layer of sugar or honey

Lastly

Dubai one day city tour

although is winter in Dubai

but the temperature is approximately 34 to 37 degree Celsius

which means is terribly hot

even the bus stop has air conditioner to prevent people getting stroke

can't imagine when its summer there

went to few destination

like the beach side

few famous buildings

the world biggest shopping complex

the world biggest aquarium

even went to the spice streets

and the gold streets where both side are selling gold

and ended the tour with dinner on the cruise accompany with the night view of Dubai City

It was somehow a new experience for me

can't recall the last trip I went

beside neighborhood countries

looking forward to join many more trips

After raining for weeks

our sun finally come back with

I just couldn't help myself
to stop myself thinking about things related to you know who
especially days with rains falling so heavily
and stucked in the long car queue
Maybe sentimental part of me
just happen to be dominant in my thoughts
probably, I guess.

Recently
she came to me through social network
asked me out for a movie
is kinda random
and there is contradiction in me
I don't know what came into my mind
I just bombarded her
with many craps
excuses and jokes
just to turn it down
till she turn out to become quiet in the conversation
I just realized how dumb for me
to respond in such a way
Trying to be normal?
Partly the reason I guess
Maybe I can't find a better way
to continue the conversation
under certain level of tension
I guess,
she was somehow disappointed and hurt maybe
and after realized what I did wrong
guess what I did?

I text-ed her "I am sorry."
and try to calm myself throughout the conversation
with my friend
Starting to question myself
as my friend throw me with questions that I should had thought of.

I did try my very best to let it go
and I really did
because I don't feel the impact as much as I used to

its been 3 years and as for that

It was raining heavily

I guess everywhere will be flooding

running clumsily
finding a shelter to stay away from the rain

Lunar Halo

While i was exciting dyeing my hair

everyone on the Facebook was posting pictures and talking about the moon

friends were asking me about it

i quickly shouted to my sisters to get their lazy bum out of the house

just to have a view of the moon

of course me too

with all the foams on my head

take a closer look at the moon

wait!

i mean the ring surrounding the moon

the ring has color

with red on the inside and blue on the outside

if you happen to look at the moon that night

the moon looks extraordinary bright and round

it was nice and exciting for me

this was something new to me after living for around 19 years

its called the lunar halo

here some little facts about this "lunar halo"

Just had this random thought

that people who left you

had wings you will never

thought and imagine of

during the first day u know them

I had been living in a environment

that my family are always heading overseas

at first

i can easily cried when i thought of them

not being by my side

cause i miss them like alot

but slowly

im adopting to it

thought I am immuned with people leaving

Until today

somehow i recall the moments

i cried for someone who left

doesnt matter

with or without consanguinity

I cried for them as i recall

I cant remember how long was it

the day my cousin bro

who was more like a uncle to me

as he was at the age around 45+

the day he passed away

he was humorous with his words

but there are hidden stories

that will inspire you when you realize

you will always smile and laugh

when listening to him talk

i saw my nephew was talking calmly with his friends

but i guess he had a hard time himself

before he left,

his dad who was my big uncle

left to a better place

due to illness he living with

i cried

as i never really spoken to him

ever since i was born

ironically

he just live behind my house

and i never did spoke to him

and i dont think i seen him face to face as well

i dont know why but i sobbed

she left by my side

no one to blame

but myself for my mistakes

i always laughed

when there is this scene

few friends of mine had been to overseas

all of them play futsal together every saturday

one, will randomly invite people to his house for liquors

one, will be asking you to head to the gym together

one, had known you approx 10 years and brotherly

one, also known for approx 10 years and sorry i din make it for the farewell

and you wont be seeing them around few years

or once after many months when they come back during their long break

you will miss them in some sense

as you were attached to them with your or their life.

the next day u woke up

something is missing when you are aware of it

yea, someone wasnt there for you

after going to so many farewells

there are some with bunch of friends

and some simply just had their families to send them off

i wonder

if i happen to heading to overseas

well, i do have that chance before

but i gave up because of her

back to the topic

if i am really heading to overseas

how many of my friends will appear the moment before i left

who will be missing me when i left

or who might even cry when i left?

is just the same when i thought

when i was far far away

what will happen and etcetera

For the ones who had someone that left them here

just continue have the faith in them

another heart broken.

Today was all the form 4s and form 5s' big day-sports day.
After 2 weeks, no wait, 3 weeks of preparation, we finally get to show what we've got on this day.
*gosh i sound like someone writing a report.=.=*

From planning to finding the resources to staying back almost everyday till working our arses off even its a saturday and sunday till putting the bits together and then finally hanging it up... It is a memorable journey. Unlike others, we, merah-ians worked together like a big big family. Never argued, never fought. We only had laughters and more laughters when we are all together. As for the marchers, i bet they all had fun and they will never have any regrets joining the marching team.

We got M1, marching number one. Congratualations!! 5 years continuosly champions for marching! You all made us proud, but i am sorry we disappointed you guys.

It was damn blardy obvious that us, merah should get number one lor! ITS DAMN BLARDY OLD HAG BITCH OLD VIRGIN that nobody wants to fuck come and complain complain until we lose our title already. From number one to number 5. YOU THINK ITS DAMN FUCKING EASY TO PUT UP AND MAKE A HUMAN FIGURE? Putting tissues, newspapers, carrying the materials up, running errands, lack of sleep, the stress. ALL WASTED BECAUSE OF THAT BITCH.

For the first time, merah is so united. We cheered together, we cried together. I bet no one ever expected to see that sitution in merah.

While my eyes was filled with tears, i looked around me and i see puffy red eyes, sniffing, sobbing, wobery shoulders. Everyone was crying, everyone. You never know how much effort we put into it. You broke all of our hearts. People who walked by us never dared to sound a word. People who came to comfort us ended up crying too. You know why? Cause they all knew how much effort we put into it, they knew how much more we deserve.

时间真的好快好快地过

今天班上发生了突发事件
她一时情绪不稳定

尖叫了几声
拍了桌子几次
停了..
我想全班同学也给她吓到了吧..
因为连我们的老师也不知所措
除了一些听到她喊后
变得兴奋
开始天花乱坠的说瞎话
在她走出班过后
大家都议论纷纷甚至越说越兴奋

在她重返学校生活
大家都把她当怪人看待
很自然的
大家都培养出一样的默契
用同样的眼光看待她
